Postage and Payment
Certain items have the option of being sent as a standard letter and will therefore incur a lower shipping cost.
The majority of items (Groups 2-4 below) will be gift wrapped in a Chilli Designs cardboard gift box
Shipping Categories:
1. Items sent as Large Letter (value under £20 and depth less than 2.5cm. UK standard First Class: £1.06 (in a pouch rather than a box))
2. Items sent as Small Parcel sent as First Class: £3.55 (Value under £20, depth of parcel less than 16cm)
3. Items sent as Small Parcel with value greater than £20 but less than £50 : £4.55. Royal Mail Signed For First Class
4. Items with a value over £50 but less than £500 and less than 100g in weight. Sent Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: £6.60.
5. Items with a value over £50 but less than £500 and less than 100g in weight. Sent Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm with Saturday Guarantee: £10.92
Ready made orders will arrive between 2-3 working days unless otherwise specified.
Certain items are made to order and require time to make. The time required will be indicated under the product description.
RETURNS POLICY
Chilli Designs gladly accepts returns. However for hygiene reasons we are unable to return certain items, these are outlined below.
To return an item all you need to do is contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 21 days of delivery along with your reason for return. The item must be returned in its original condition as outlined below.
Chilli Designs does not accept exchanges or cancellations.
The following items cannot be returned:
– Intimate items such as earrings for health/hygiene reasons
